Free shipping offer on orders excluding tax and shipping.

Free international shipping offer applies to orders in the US and New Zealand. At times this may be extended to anywhere standard tracking options are available for shipped packages (this is the majority of all orders including NZ, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe & more). 

If Free Shipping applies this will be available during checkout.

Returns 

 

Returns will be accepted if the product has not been opened and/or used. All returns are subject to the buyer paying for return shipping once the return has been approved. We do not offer full refunds and we will credit 75% of the order total, inclusive of shipping costs. To initiate your refund, please email orders@sprightly.co.nz.
