Why should I use the Backpod?

Over time, especially from age or injury bodies flexability can reduce.  It can be very difficult to effectively target the tough back muscles with enough stretch to be effective.  The Backpod is very good as a tool to gradually flex against and influence these very tight and immobile muscles back into a limber and elastic state. 

What are the benefits?

Freeing up the back, ribs and spine can enable greater ability to rotate through the thoracic spine.  Greater thoracic spine rotation can be beneficial to many activites:
